HOW TO OPEN G-DRIVE DOCUMENTS WITH MS-OFFICE SOFTWARE IN 5 EASY STEPS (FOR THOSE THAT NEED TO WORK WITH MS-OFFICE)
1. Download and install Google drive for Windows. Click here to download , and follow the instructions. 2. Once installed, you will find My Drive on your windows explorer 3. Right-Click over one Excel file on the file list; then click on Open with... 4. To open the file always with Excel select Excel and put a check mark on the Always use this app... 5. From now on, you will always use My Drive on the explorer like a regular folder, instead of the Drive option from the browser; and you won't have to download/upload the files each time you need to open them. This procedure can, and should be, executed on your computer, and in every other computer where people require to continue using Microsoft Office. This should be done for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, too.
